Do I need a patch test before colour services?
Yes, a patch test is required at least 48 hours before any colour service for new clients or if it’s been 6 months since your last test.
Can I book a blow-dry only appointment?
Absolutely! We offer blow-dry appointments as a standalone service or as part of a package.
How long will my colour appointment take?
This depends on the service. Root touch-ups take around 2–2.5 hours, while full head colour and balayage may take 2–4 hours. We’ll confirm at consultation or when booking.
What beauty treatments do you offer?
We offer brows, lashes, nails and laser teeth whitening. You can find our full treatment list on our price list page.
Do I need to book in advance?
We recommend booking ahead, especially for weekends or peak times. Last-minute appointments are sometimes available. Feel free to call us to check!
Is there parking nearby?
Yes, you can park in Fistral Beach Hotel car park for free. You just need to tell us your vehicle registration so we can validate your parking. There is also free parking on Esplanade Road.
Who carries out your injectable treatments?
All injectable treatments are carried out by Hannah, a trained and insured aesthetics practitioner.
What’s included in a skin consultation?
A full consultation includes skin analysis, medical history, and personalised treatment recommendations with no obligation to proceed.
Can I get anti-wrinkle ‘Botox’ treatment on the same day as my consultation?
No, clients are required to attend a consultation with a prescribing medic prior to their treatment appointment.
